Semi-automatic filling machine by weight control with a motorized Cartesian axle system for assisted positioning of the filling rod over the mouth of the container by means of a joystick. The rod is connected by a clamp system that allows quick and simple changes when cleaning operations or product changes are necessary. The height of the rod is adjustable to facilitate its adaptation to different drum or container formats.

Automatic filling machine by weight control with automated container infeed and outfeed conveyors on the line. Option of equipping it with an artificial vision or 3D scanning system for identifying the filling orifices. Available with pneumatic tools for screwing and sealing the containers, or a completely automated capping system.

This filling machine is equipped with specific software developed by Teymasa for overseeing weight-controlled packaging. This enables the whole filling cycle to be controlled and managed in real time.

As an additional option we can equip the filling machine with the following systems:

Up to 5 filling rods on the machine connected permanently to the product infeed circuits

Semi-automatic filler by weight control using an electronic weighing scale for drums of up to 220 litres, in either metal or plastic. A straightforward machine with a height-adjustable rod that is easy to install and highly adaptable to changes of format.

Automatic filler by weight control using an electronic weighing scale with an indexed feed equipped with an automatic orifice search-and-centre system. Available with an automatic unscrewing system before filling, or an automatic screwing and sealing system once the container is full.

The most common configuration for a weight-controlled filling system is for it to have two filling rods. However, it can be adapted to the following conditions:

Dedicated filling rods for the different product infeeds to avoid contamination. Virtually instantaneous product changes.

Different capping systems on the line depending on the characteristics of the cap and the container.

Fillers of cans, jerrycans and pails by semi-automatic or automatic dosing systems Liquid filling machines that perform the filling operation by dosing or volume control of the product quickly and precisely for the industrial applications for which they are intended.

Semi-automatic dosing systems – Filling machine by volume. The assistance of an operator is required for feeding and capping the containers. Designed as a modular concept which allows the packaging unit to be expanded to two independent and adjustable stations. Allows for the inclusion of a conveyor belt for the containers, or an automated capping system.

Automatic filling by volume. Performs the filling cycle in a fully automated way: indexed feeding and automatic positioning of the containers and heads for automatic capping. Designed as a modular concept which allows the packaging unit to be expanded to up to four independent and adjustable stations to vary the amount of product per container.

Automatic filling system by weight control with automated conveyor belts for container infeed and outfeed on the production line. Equipped with a system that searches for the filling orifice in cylindrical containers and orifice control for rectangular ones. Has an automated capping system by pressure or screw.
